Vegetable Stew

|
6-8 cups chicken boullion broth 1 1/2 cups carrots, sliced or baby 1 medium head cauliflower 3/4 - 1 whole onion, diced 1 cup celery, sliced 2 large potatoes salt and pepper, if needed
|
Take and use enough chicken boullion to make 6 to 8 cups of broth.
Add in about a cup and a half of either baby carrots or sliced carrots.
Cut up a medium head of cauliflower and add to the stew.
Cut up the onion and add.
Add the sliced celery.
Then chop two good size potatoes into little cubes and let simmer covered until the vegetables are tender !
