Watercress soup Hearty soup |

3 bunches watercress 1onion 1lb linguica 6 potatoes(3 whole, 3 cubed) 1 cup rice 1lb boneless chicken dark or white salt
|
chop watercress and onion. Put watercress, onion, salt, chicken, and linguica in pot. Cover with water, bring to a boil and cook for half hour. Add potatoes. When whole potatoes are soft enough mash with a fork. Add rice and cook 15 minutes more. Check for seasoning.
