All Purpose Spice Powder
Spices Powder Useful In All Dishes
The Spices add special taste to all dishes in general and to the non-vegetarian dishes in particular. The spices help in the digestion of proteins and fatty acids. They also remove any unwanted odour and taste thus making the dish palatable. India, China, Indonesia, Sri Lanka and other East Asian countries are the prominent producers of spices.

Cinnamon, Cardamom and Cloves.
Coriander Seeds.
Cumin seeds.
Nutmeg and Black Peppers.
Dry Red Peppers (Dry Red Chillies).

 

Take Equal quantities of Cinnamon,Cardamoms and Cloves and fry them moderately. Grind into smooth powder and store in a dry air tight bottle. This is the best Spices powder by all standards.

To make the spices powder more elaborate, Coriander seeds, cumin seeds, nutmeg powder, black peppers and dry red chillies in almost same quantities may also be added to the above ingredients, fried and ground into fine powder.

Best For use in Lamb, poultry and Sea food preparations.
