1/4 cup chili powder 2 Tbls. regular sweet paprika 1 tsp. cracked black pepper 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper

In a small bowl, combine all ingredients.
Rub onto meat of choice.
Let stand 10 minutes before cooking.
