Korean well being ramyon with special soup
1 instant noodles pack, sliced dried pollack 50g, 1 Cheongyang red chili pepper, 1/3 large green onion, ramyon seasoning 1/3 pack, 1 small spoon of red chili pepper powder, 3 cups of water
 

① Slice dried pollack and put it into boiling water. Boil on high for 5 min.
② Boil noodles and wash out with cold water. And then squeeze water out.
③ Put ramyon soup and red chili pepper into ① and boil then reboil
with ②
※ While boiling lift noddles up and down 2-3 times. - It makes noodles more chewy
④ Slice green onion and Cheongyang red chili pepper and put them
into ③.(Put ramyon soup and red chili pepper into ① and boil then reboil with ②)
⑤ If noodles are chewy, stop boiling and set bowl.
< Tips >
1. If you don't want to boil noodles twice or want to avoid oily noodles, put garlic and red chili pepper into the soup.
2. If you want a clean aftertaste, add one large spoon of vinegar. It will remove bubbles.
