Asparagus Torta

3-4 cups fresh asparagus, chopped 1/4 cup chopped parsley 1 cup grated parmesan cheese 2 Tbls. water 1 medium onion, chopped salt and pepper, to taste 1 cup whole wheat flour 4 large eggs 1/2 cup olive or salad oil
|
Combine asparagus, onion, parsley, flour and cheese. Beat eggs, water, oil, salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture into asparagus mixture and combine.
Spread mixture into 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 min. Serve warm or at room temperature.
