Broccoli Corn
Great Way to Fix Scalloped Corn!
2 cans cream-style corn
2 10oz. pkg. frozen broccoli (cooked)
2 beaten eggs
1 cup cracker crumbs (24 crackers crushed)
1 small onion (diced)
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbls. margarine (melted)

TOPPING:
1 Tbls. margarine (melted)
1/4 cup cracker crumbs

 

Mix the corn, broccoli, eggs, cracker crumbs, onion, salt, pepper, and margarine together. Stir well. Put in an oven-safe casserole dish. Add Topping before baking at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes uncovered.

TOPPING:
Mix the margarine and crumbs together and top the corn mixture with it.
