Byssara (Moroccan Beans)

2 lbs. Fava Beans soaked for 24 hours 3 Tbls. paprika 2 Tbls. cumin 1 whole garlic 2 juice of a lemon 2oz. virgin olive oil 1/2 tsp. cayenne olive oil, for garnish paprika, for garnish cumin, for garnish salt to taste

Cook Fava bean in a pot with paprika, garlic, cumin, salt (to taste), and 4 cups of water. If it get to thick, add 1 more cup of water.
Serve in a plate and garnish with olive oil, paprika, and cumin. Serve cold!
