Cauliflowers Lafitte, Creole-Style Veggies
Bitesized Cauliflower with Cheesy Sauce
What you need:

4 Tbls. butter
4 Tbls. flour, all purpose
1-1/2 cup Half n' Half
1/2 cup crumbled Bleu Cheese
1 pinch of celery salt
1 Tbls. pimento, chopped
1 Tbls. bell pepper, chopped
1 pinch granulated garlic powder
1 can French fried onion rings,crushed
1 whole cauliflower

What you do Shah!

Preheat them oven, 300 degrees. Put them cauliflower in a pot of lightly salted water and cook until tender, but not over do it. Remove them cauliflower and break
into bite size pieces. Now, get them skillet, add them butter and all of them seasonings, but them pimento and bell peppers. Sauté' until done, about 10 minutes. Now add them flour and mix'em up well, add them cream and stir until smooth n' thick. Toss in the cheese, pimento's, and them bell peppers, and stir until them cheese blends with them sauce. Put them cauliflower bits into a large baking dish, top with them cheesy sauce and crushed onion rings. Season to taste and bake until lightly brown.
In about half an hour you got to eat until you pop, yes!
