Corn Pudding An Easy and Yummy Crowd Pleaser! |

1 can whole corn 1 can cream style corn 1 egg 1 8oz. sour cream 1/2 cup of melted butter 1 box of Jiffy cornbread mix
|
Preheat the oven 350 degrees F.
You can use any sized casserole dish. Spray dish with non-stick spray.
Mix all ingredients together. Bake for 45 minutes, test center with a knife. If knife is not clean, then add another 15 minutes. It should come out clean.
The amount of cooking time can depend on your oven and altitude.
This recipes doubles nicely.
