Cornflake Potatoes Mom's Best! |

1 Cup Cream of Chicken Soup 1 Small Onion 1 Bag Frozen Hash Browns(thawed) 3/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 cups grated cheedar cheese 1 lb. sour cream 2 cups cornflakes 1 Tbls. butter
|
Heat all ingredients except cornflakes and butter for about 10 minutes. Spread out potatoes (thawed) into casserole dish
Cover potatoes with heated ingredients.
Simmer butter and cornflakes until melted, and cornflakes covered.
Spread on top of ingredients
Heat at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour.
