Country Potatoes

7-8 medium potatoes
1/4 lb. bacon
1 pkg. onion soup mix
|
Wash the potatoes and cut each into 6-8 pieces. Place them in a 9x13 pan. Cut the bacon into bite-size pieces and sprinkle across the potatoes. Shake on the onion soup mix. Cover with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours.
