Creamed Corn Pudding
Hot and Custard-like, sweet, delicious!
2/3 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
2 cans creamed corn
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup milk
1/2 stick melted butter


Mix first 3 ingredients with a whisk. Beat in eggs. Add everything else. Pour into a shallow casserole dish, bake at 375 degrees for an hour, until bubbly and golden. Sprinkle with a little cinnamon as it comes out of the oven. Yummmy!!
