Creamy Potato Bake
Potatoes, peeled, cut into 1/2 inch slices
Onions, peeled, sliced
grated cheese
diced bacon
salt and Pepper


Peel onions and potatoes. Cut into slices.

Grease a casserole dish.

Alternate layers of potato, onion, bacon, and cheese.

Put a swirl of cream in each layer and finish off with grated cheese.

Add salt and black pepper to taste.

Put into 180 celcius (350 F.) oven until potato is cooked through.

Is great for BBQ's or a side dish for your main course.

You can also use this same recipe and alternate all vegetables and make a beautiful vegetarian bake for a main meal.
