Crispy Cauliflower

1.5 kg Cauliflower 2 tsp. Olive oil 1 tsp. Powdered Black Pepper Powdered Black Salt, according to taste 1 tsp. Black Cumin seeds Coriander - Leaves only, for garnish 1 tsp. Red Chili Powder, Optional
|
Cut the cauliflower into large 2x2 inch pieces.
Heat olive oil in a non stick kadai.
Put the cauliflower into the kadai and fry it for only 5 minutes on low heat.
Add Black Salt, Black Pepper, and Cumin seeds. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Optional: One can also add 1/2 teaspoon of chilli powder while the cooking is half done.
Garnish the dish with the coriander leaves!
Note: Whole process involves stirring every after the interval of 1 minute
There should not be much delay in serving the dish!
