Potatoes-sliced or cubed(depends on how ya like em') Onion-you decide how much you want Garlic,Salt, Pepper to taste Pork sausage- your choice. I do prefer the Italian Sweet ground or links. Fry your sausage, remove from pan. Use the sausage grease to fry your potatoes and onions. Add all your seasonings and cook until they are crispy.When done, add sausage and stir. Make sure you fix enough. They are good!!
