Garlic Mashed Potatoes

6 med. potatoes, peeled and cubed 1 head garlic 1 Tbls. oil 1/2 cup. butter 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 1 cup sour cream salt and pepper
|
Peel potatoes, boil, drain, cube and mash.
Saute garlic in butter until tender, add to potatoes.
Add cream cheese and sour cream, whip if necessary. Salt and pepper to taste.
