Garlic Potatoes
5-6 Red potatoes (can use regular medium potatoes) 1/2 onion olive oil butter Dales or Worcestershire sauce minced garlic
Slice potatoes into thin slices (like you would do for scalloped potatoes) and put in a bowl, let marinate in Dales or worcestershire sauce. (This adds a little extra flavor). Chop onion and put in a small bowl to the side. In a medium baking dish, put a layer of potatoes, sprinkle onions and minced garlic on top. I also sprinkle a little celery salt, oregano or Italian seasoning.(any other seasoning you may want to use) Continue repeating the layering process until you run out of potatoes. Drizzle a little olive oil and melted butter over the potatoes. Cover with foil and bake in oven at 375 for about 20-30 minutes or until potatoes are done.
