Grill Roasted Asparagus and Garlic
Roasted Asparagus
1 pound fresh asparagus
4 garlic cloves
1/2 stick butter
salt and pepper


Remove bitter ends from asparagus, and place them in a one foot long piece of aluminum foil.

Finely chop 4 cloves of garlic or you can use minced garlic, it works just as well.

Season with salt and pepper to taste, add garlic and toss.

Cut butter into small pieces and distribute over the top of the asparagus.

Close aluminum foil around the asparagus forming an envelope.
Place it on a hot grill and cook for 12-15 minutes.

Remove from grill and let cool for 5 minutes.

Serve with a butter/garlic mix drizzled over the top.
