Hazelnut Green Beans fresh green beans with nuts |

1 lb. fresh green beans 1/4 cup finely chopped hazelnuts fat-free cooking spray 1 tsp. Silver Swan soy sauce 1 Tbls. wine
|
This is a really easy recipe. I make it all the time to go with anything. All you have to do is steam green beans with the lid on in a small skillet. When the beans are tender and turning golden, add the nuts, soy sauce, wine, and stir.
Let the green beans cook a few minutes more to neutralize the wine and let the flavor set in.
Serve hot with mixed wild rice salad and any chicken, fish, or lamb dish.
