Jiffy Potatos Cheesy potatos |

1 can Cream of Potato Soup 1 can Cream of Celery Soup 1 cup of milk 1 container (8oz) sour cream 1 package (2lb frozen) Hash Brown potatos salt and pepper to taste (1 block of Sharp Cheddar Cheese)

Mix together in a bowl (except cheddar cheese) and bake in a long baking dish covered with foil, 350 degrees for 1 hour. Grate the cheddar cheese and remove potatoes from oven after 60 minutes, sprinkle top with grated cheddar cheese making sure to cover the whole area. Place back in the oven for 30 minutes with NO aluminum foil on top so that the cheese melts into the potatoes.
