Kurkuri Bhindi
Crispi Fried Bindi
1/2 kg bhindi , washed and dried.
1/2 cup besan
2 tsp sugar
Salt to taste
1 tsp Ajwain
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp amchur 9dry mango powder )
Oil to fry


1 cut bhindi in half along the length
2. Add all the spices except besan
3. keep aside for 20 min.
4. Add besan and mix , ideally moisture from bhindi should be enough to coat besan on bhindi but if required sprinkle little water
5. heat oil and fry few bhindies at a time
