Lemon-Buttered Turnips

3 medium turnips 2 Tbls. butter 2 Tbls. sliced green onion 2 tsp. lemon juice

Peel turnips; cut into 1/2 inch cubes. Cook, covered, in boiling water 10 to 12 minutes or till crisp-tender; drain.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Season with salt and pepper.
