Luscious String Beans String bean side dish |

string beans, garlic, butter, salt
|
Trim ends of beans, rinse, put good amound of salt in boiling water add beans and cover. Peel and slice garlic. Check doneness of beans (they should not be over cooked). Pour off boiling water and cover. In separate pan add garlic to melted butter, as butter begins to slightly brown take off stove add beans to the mixture and serve.
