Maggie's Indian Corn Spicy Side or Garnish |

4 left over cooked medium corn on the cob or 2 8oz. cans corn or 2 small bags/boxes frozen corn
salt, to taste pepper, to taste lemon pepper, to taste fresh ground pepper, to taste (optional) paprika, to taste dried garlic, to taste garlic salt, to taste fresh or dried minced onion, to taste fresh or dried basil, to taste

Cut the corn off the cob.
Separate on plate and place in small baking pan.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Toss all ingredients together and bake for 15 minutes.
Can use as a garnish or to top tacos, salads, salsa, or just eat as a side.
