2 pound PEELED and DICED new potatoes! 2 cups HELLMAN's Mayonnaise! 4 tablespoons of BUTTER! 1/4 cups CHOPPED parsley! Salt and pepper to TASTE!

BOILED potatoes until they are FORK-tender! Drain potatoes and set ASIDE! Heat BUTTER in a pot and stir IN mayonnaise! Add potatoes and WHIP until SMOOTH! Add PARSLEY and salt and PEPPER to taste!
