Party Potatoes

|
5 lbs. potatoes 16 oz. sour cream 1 large pkg. cream cheese, softened
|
Peel and boil potatoes.
Mash, adding sour cream and cream cheese. If potatoes seem dry after mashing, you can add milk and butter.
Spread in a greased 9x13 inch pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees F.
A neighbor gave me this recipe years ago. This is the potato dish, I bake for Thanksgiving dinners.
