Peaunut Glazed Fried Potatoes

1 small onion 5 small potatoes 1 egg 1/2 tsp. turmeric 1/2 cup chopped roasted peanuts 1 cup sour cream salt and pepper, to own liking
|
Chop up onions, saute in skillet, until very light, golden brown and add your sliced and diced potatoes. Fry over medium heat.
Add turmeric, egg yolk (only), salt and pepper. Stir and mix well.
Now add sour cream, finely chopped peanuts, and 1/2 cup water to the mix.
Cook until fries are golden brown, and peanut-sour cream sauce has a nice color to it. You will know.
If you like moisture to your fries, add more sour cream and a few shots of water!
