Pickled Cucumbers

2 Cucumbers 2 cups cold Water 2 cups White wine vinegar 1/2 cup Pickling salt 1/4 cup granulated sugar 2 banana peppers 1/4 cup garlic powder 2 fresh garlic cloves
|
Find a canning jar and wash it out with boiling water.
Then mix water, vinegar, salt, sugar, garlic powder in a bowl and then add to jar.
Mince garlic cloves, cut peppers into thin slices and remove seeds, then add to jar. Stir ingredients untill mixture is clear.
Finally, cut cucumbers into thin slices and add to jar. Screw on cap and let mixture stand in room temperature for 1 hour and then chill for 3-4 days without opening.
