Potato Bake Wonderful for Barbecues |

10 Potatoes 500g Lite Grated Cheddar Cheese 600ml Cream 1/4 Red Capsicum, diced 1 Onion, diced 6 slices of ham, diced 5 rashers bacon, diced 1/2 peas, tinned pinch of salt

Peel potatoes and cut in half or quarters depending on size of potatoes, then cut into 4mm slices.
Put in saucepan to boil until almost soft. Drain into a collander and then line a tray with glad bake paper. Then layer potatoes and all other ingredients until they are all used.
Spread grated cheese over the top then pour container of cream over that.
Bake in oven at 200 degrees C. for around an hour or until cheese is golden on top.
