Potato Raita Side Dish |

200 grams (1-2 Big) Potato 100 gram curd 1 Pinch Asafoetida 5-6 karripatha (leaves) 3-4 green chillies 1/2 tsp. Mustard 1 tsp. Oil salt to taste
|
Boil Potatoes and smash it in a bowl. Add curd to which you have added half cup water to make it slightly watery, and add salt to smashed potato.
In a pan with oil, add mustard, after it spluters add karipatta and crosscut green chillies and Asafoetida.
Add this to the bowl and mix.
It is ready to eat the potato raita in 15 minutes.
