Roasted Brussels Sprouts

1 Kilo Fresh Brussels Sprouts 1/4 Kilo Uncooked Ham Cubed 1/2 Onion diced Extra Virgin Olive Oil enough to coat Salt
|
Wash and halve Brussels sprouts mix with ham and onion.
Add EVOO and salt--toss to coat.
Roast in 180c/375f oven 30-40 minutes turning every ten minutes. Should look dark brown on some of the outer parts but not to much.
Tips: Check to make sure Brussels are same texture all the way through before serving. Also, it goes great with baked chicken and when roasted in the same pan, adds an extra bit of flavour. I know it will be tempting to add garlic or lemon juice. But for this one try to avoid that. The ham and onion really balance the strong flavour of Brussels sprouts. It also makes e great snack.
