Roasted Potatoes

5-7 red potatoes (cut in quarters) 2-3 cans beef broth 1 piece of garlic 1 red onion 1 bag sliced carrots 1 bag of pot roast SEASONING
|
In a fairly big sauce pan, bring beef broth, pot roast seasoning, and garlic to a boil.
Add potatoes, onion and carrots. Allow potatoes to cook a while until soft. I prefer to leave heat on low after all is brought to a boil .. that way .. all the veggies will be evenly cooked and SOFT! the longer you cook em .. the softer .. keep in mind .. hope they're as good for you as they are for me!
