Scalloped Potatoes

Sliced raw potatoes
Whipping cream
Salt and Pepper
Parmesan cheese
|
Layer potatoes in glass baking dish, generously sprinkling salt and pepper on them as you go. Mix equal parts of whipping cream and water. Pour mixture over potatoes till 2/3 deep (1/3 of potatoes is above the liquid). Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Bake uncovered for 1 hour.
