Seeni Sambol Preparation from Onions |

5 medium Onions 10 Green Chillies 50 gms. Maldive fish 5 gms.Curry Leaves 5 cloves 5 cardomen salt to taste 100 ml. Oil 4 teaspoons Sugar 1 Tbls. Chilli Powder
|
Slice onions and green chilles, Bruice cardomen, Fry the onion in oil in medium heat then add sliced green chillis, When onions become brown, then add chilli powder, cloves, cardomen and curry leaves. Add salt and sugar to taste.
