Spicy Hashbrowns As Emeril Says, BAM! |

5 Large Potatoes 1/2 Tbls. cooking oil 1 tsp. Cheyenne Pepper 1/2 tsp. hot sauce (any kind you like)
|
Peel and grate the potatoes. In a frying pan, add cooking oil. Then add the grated potatoes. Fry until golden brown or until they are the way you like them. Cook At Medium to Medium high heat.
Just before you take them out of the pan, add the cheyenne pepper and hot sauce and mix well.
Serve with alot of milk.
