Spinach Creole Garlic Fresh or Frozen Spinach with Garlic! |

10 ounce package of frozen spinach or, 2 cans of spinach Bacon Grease Cavenders’ Greek Seasonings Granulated Garlic

Put them Bacon Grease in them pot, put them pot on them stove, light them fire, and heat. (or place in Microwave, better) In pot, bring to boil, adding lots of Granulated Garlic until you think it too much, then add some more! Dry out the spinach to the point of fresh looking, and add the Cavenders’ Greek Seasonings until them taste is great....
Or in case of them Microwave, put the frozen spinach in them Microwave Proof container, Defrost about 5 minutes, half on one side then half on the other. Then layer on the Granulated Garlic, a lot. Season with Cavenders’... Note* enhance the dish with a couple of boiled eggs with the yolk whipped with a little mustard and mayonnaise and julienne tomato for garnish..Is so gooooood!
