Sweet Potato Bake A Perfect Fall Dish |

3 cups cold, mashed sweet potatoes 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup milk 1/4 cup butter or margarine 3 eggs 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla
Topping: 1/2 cup Packed brown sugar 1/2 cup chopped pecans 1/4 cup flour 2 Tbls. cold butter or margarine

Combine the sweet potatoes, sugar, milk, butter, eggs, salt and vanilla. Pour into a greased two-quart baking dish. Combine topping mixture until crumbly and sprinkle over the top.
Bake in a 325 degree F. oven for 45-50 minutes, uncovered.
