Terry's Risotto

|
1 large onion, diced, 1 cup parmesian grated cheese 4 cups beef boillion 1/4 cup tomato sauce 1 mug of long grain rice
|
Boil 4 cups of water with 3 beef boilion cubes.
Dice large onion with stick of butter and tomato sauce,and rice until slightly browned.
Keep adding boilion water until rice is soft to taste, at end put the cup of parmesian cheese, stir.
Serve with chicken or pork.
