Yokamein Side Dish |

1 16oz. pkg wide egg noodles, boiled and drained 1 dozen hard boiled eggs, chopped 1 12oz. pkg fresh mushrooms, sliced or chopped 1 large sweet onion, chopped 1 stick butter or margarine Seasonings - garlic salt, pepper, paprika, etc.

Boil egg noodles and drain.
Boil eggs, peel and chop.
In very large skillet, melt butter, add mushrooms and onions. Saute until tender, add chopped hard boiled eggs and stir until heated through.
Add egg noodles, seasonings and stir until heated through.
As with all recipes, add, subract, or change to accomodate your own personal tastes.
