1 Can organic Black beans 15 oz (Drain and rinse) 1 Can Diced tomatoes and Chilies (Drain) 1 Whole sweet onion (Red is nice too) 1 tbsp Cumin 1 pinch of Crushed Red Pepper 2 cloves chopped Garlic ¼ Cup Cilantro ½ Cup Sliced black olives ½ pound Morning Star “Grillers Recipe Crumbles” 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 1 Pack Tortillas

• Slice onions into large 4 quart pot along with olive oil over medium heat; allow them to cook down until nearly tender. (10 Min or so) • Add Garlic, Cumin, Crushed red peppers and (drained) Can of Diced tomatoes and Chilies let cook for approximately 10 min. (med heat, reduce as needed) • Add Black Beans, Black olives and Crumbles, let cook for another 10min. Place mixture inside Tortilla and fold, Cover with Lettuce, Fat Free sour Cream and salsa. Add cheese if you wish, I like to skip it.
