Black Bean and Mushroom Fried Rice
1 cup calrose rice, uncooked
mushrooms, to taste
chopped onion, to taste
2-3 Tbls. black beans
1 small pour thai chili sauce
1 tsp. black pepper
pinch red pepper
soy sauce, to taste
rice wine, to taste
rice vinegar, very small amount
cooking oil, enough to fry


Cook the rice until fluffy.

Combine remaining ingredients together and fry in a small saucepan.

Combine rice with the ingredients and fry delicately.

Enjoy a dream lunch.

Preparation Time: 20 minutes Serves: 1 large bowl
