CAULIFLOWER FRY Cauliflower Deep Fry With Chicknut Flour |

150 grams of Chick nut flour. 50 grams of Corn flour. 250 grams of Refined Oil. 1 Big and Fresh Cauliflower. 4 Lengthwise split Green Chillies. 1 Spoon Ginger-Garlic paste. 2 Spoons of Red Chilly powder. Salt to Taste.

Cut the Cauliflower in to branch wise pieces, Wash and set aside.
Mix the Chick nut flour, corn flour, ginger-garlic paste, red chilly powder, green chillies and sufficient Salt. Add water and prepare a thick dough.
Take a frying pan, add oil and heat. Cover each cauliflower branch and green chilly pieces with the dough and deep fry on medium flame until they turn deep brown.
SERVE HOT WITH HOT AND SWEET SAUCE.
