Chilli Cauliflower and Capsicum Manchurian Indo chinese dish |

Cauliflower 250 gms capsicum 1 sliced long green chillies 2 slit long ginger garlic 1/2 tbl spoon cornflower 1 tea spoon mix in 1tbl spoon water ajinomoto 1 tea spoon 1 tbls spoon cooking oil soya sauce 1 tbl spoon 1 Spring onion chopped salt to taste

Heat oil in a wok Add ginger garlic paste and cauliflower into it and stir fry till golden brown. Then add capsicum to it and give it another stir. Now add ajinimoto, soya sauce, green chillies,salt and give it another nice stir, then add the cornflower mixed in water.The magic is to add the spring onion in the end to get the real tinch to the dish. enjoy with fried rice . yummmm!
