1/2 Ltr Curd 250 gms Potato Tadka masala 4 Green Chili 10 Kadi Patta 100 gms Onion 50 Gms Tomato Little Ginger 10 Cloves of Garlic 20 ml of Mustard Oil

1. Cut the Aloo into small cubes and boil 2. Cut rest all and fry in oil till golden brown 3. Put the boilded aloo with out water in Dahi 4. Put the fried masala in the Dahi aloo mix and mix well. Add salt and little sugar as per taste.
