Fried Aloo ki Sabji
4 Big Size Potatoes
2 chopped Onions
2 chopped Tomatoes
3 chopped green chillies
1 tsp. red chilli powder
1 Lemon
salt according to taste
Oil for deep fry
Turmeric Powder
Chopped Coriander leaves


Peel the potatoes and cut into medium pieces.

Heat the oil in the Karahi and deep fry until they turn light brown.

Remove them from the karahi. Fry the onions until they turn light brown.

Add Tomato, green chillies, red chilli, turmeric powder and mix them. Cook them for 2 minutes.

Now add fried potatoes and squeeze lemon. Cook for 4-5 monutes.

Decorate with Coriander leave.
