Fried Potato rice

1 cup cooked basmatic rice or normal rice 3 or 4 onion sliced into thin layer 1 cup fried potato 1 tablespoon yoghurt 1⁄2 cup tomato paste 1 teaspoon cumin seed 2 cardamom pods 3 cloves 1⁄2 teaspoon garam masala 1 pinch turmeric powder 1⁄4 teaspoon chili powder 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 2 dried red chillies Some curry leaves salt, to taste 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
TO MAKE POTATO FRY INGREDIENTS 3TO 4 medium sized potato-cut it in cube shaped One medium sliced onion cut in thin layers Chilli powder Coriander powder One tps curd

TO MAKE POTATO FRY:
In a bowl, put the potato, add 1 tbsp of chilli powder, half tbps of Corainder powder, sliced onion, one tps of curd ,mix all the ingredients well and keep the mixture aside for atleast 15min to 20min. Take a kadai, Switch on your stove, Wait untill the kadai gets heated then pour some vegetable oil in the consistency of frying medium, once the oil gets heated, add the potato mixture... Cook until it gets golden brown and cooked well
TO PREPARE FRIED POTATO RICE:
In a pan add some vegetable oil then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, cardamom pods, cloves, curry leaves, 2 dried red chillies. Wait untill it the dired red chillies gets slightly brown. Next add thin sliced onion and saute it until it gets slight brown. Add tomato paste and then add all masalas such as corainder powder, chilli powder, tumeric powder and enough salt saute it for 3 to 4 minutes. Add fried potatoes to the cooking mixture saute it even more for few minutes then mix it well with cooked basmati rice or ordinary rice well in between the mixing process add some salt and one tps of butter for taste.. Switch on your stove and serve the cooked friend potato rice in bowl and garnish with chopped corained leaves and enjoy your lunch or dinner
