Healthy Matar Curry
Zero Oil Dried Pea Curry
Dried white peas - 2 Cup
Onion Finely Chopped - 1 Cup
Gignger Garlic Paste - 1 Tbsp
Tomato sliced - 1 cup
Coriander Leaves chopped - 2 Tbsp
Mint Leaves Chopped - 2 Tbsp
Green Chillies chopped - As per taste
Salt to taste
Garam Masala - 1 tea spoon
1 lemon

 

soak dried peas for 5-6 hours . In a pressure cooker add all ingredients except lemon . Boil for one whistle and cook for 5 minutes in slow flame . Let the cooker open on its own . Add lemon juice . Serve with Roti / Kulcha / Paratha
