Lentil and Aduki Bean Bowl
Gluten Free, Low Cal and HUGE
1/2 cup Lentils, soaked in water for two hours
1/4 cup (or to taste) onion slices
1/2 cup aduki beans
1 TBS braggs liquid amino or some other gluten free soy sauce

 

Put all ingredients in a nonstick pan pan, heat thoroughly, enjoy!!
