PUFF BALLS Potato Stuffed Puffs |

500 grams Potatoes. 500 grams Refined oil. 200 grams chick pea flour (gram flour). 100 grams Rice flour. 2 large chopped Onions. 3 finely chopped Green Chillies. 2 spoons Red Chilly powder. 1 spoon mustered seeds. 1 bunch Green Coriander. 1 cup Boiled Green peas. 1 spoon cooking soda. Salt to Taste.

Boil the potatoes until tender, peel and mash. Set it aside.
To a deep bottomed frying pan add 5 spoons of oil and heat. Add onion pieces, chopped green chillies, mustered seeds and green peas. Saute well and add red chilly powder. Mix thoroughly.
Now add the mashed potatoes, mix well adding some more oil. Finally add the finely chopped green coriander and salt. Add little water, cook for another 5 minutes. Potato Curry is ready. Keep it aside.
Take the chick nut flour and the rice flour, add salt to taste and mix well. Add water until it forms a slightly less thick dough. Add cooking soda and mix well.
Put deep bottomed pan on the stove, pour the remaining oil and heat.
Now, prepare 3 inch round balls with the potato curry. Dip each ball in the chick nut powder dough and deep fry on medium flame until they turn deep brown. The tasty potato puff ball are ready.
SERVE HOT WITH TOMATO SAUCE.
